1. Do you like giant robots?

I. DIG. GIANT ROBOTS!   ....Not really, honestly only dig them in rare unique situations.  As an overdone anime genre that just throws them everywhere, I kinda hate 'em.  Seriously...seen some shows that had potential, then out of nowhere OBLIGATORY GIANT ROBOTS.


2. If your house was infested with fire type things, what would be the things you'd save?

I'd activate hero mode and perform my manliest of feats in attempts to save ALL THE THINGS by battling the fire type things.  PS: I will not be saving the fire type things, for they are the enemy, and must burn in hell.  Which I assume is their natural origin and activity.


3. If you were to pick a starter pokemon, what one would it be?

Missingno.  


4. I feel like eating watermelon, do you also feel like eating watermelon?

While Halloween night itself was kinda a bummer for me (Aside from the premier of the VERY quality "The Walking Dead" AMC show.) This was a year that made me smile a lot.  If just for several random ZOMBIE incidents.

First off, a lil while before Halloween, THIS happened: www.facebook.com/pages/Survive…

This event, was called "Survive Norfolk" (Not an hour's drive away from me!) and was the nation's biggest game of zombie tag.  Spanning the entirety of Ghent, a game of 1500 people was constructed and monitored, beginning with 15 zombie players, and 1485 runners.  They needed to locate and mark down somethin in several safe zones (as well as two hidden bonus zones) before running to the evac point, and of course...each runner munched, became another zombie.  Even had prizes for the first few runners to collect the stuff and make it to evac, as well as the zombie with the most KILLS.  n_n hee  (;_; I am killing myself for missing out on this event, ah well, next year!)

Unlike other years, channels (particularly AMC) actually played a number of good horror flicks throughout October, whereas normally I'd jus see a spam of the Halloween series (which they did too, but it wasn't most of it), or movies that you'd reeeaaaaally have to make a stretch to consider them a Halloween movie.

Also, I took my first stroll to a big Halloween bash at the Hilton Hotel >X) And competed in the costume contest with my zombie outfit.  The events there were cheesey (>.> frickin trendy Afterdark films...) but the people there were a lotta fun, and seein all the costumes were great.  >X3 But...to be honest...I just loved all the attention, my outfit was a hit, had fantasty-costumed babes hangin over me for photos and even some fans cheerin me on the stage.  Even had the chick of a local radio station checkin me out >X).  For a geek like me, that's insane, but a mask really brings me out...

Alas, I did not win the costume contest, I was the runner up to the "Giant Devil Dood" a guy with one of those stilted tall-man suits and arms.  He had quite the presence (what with standin 10 feet tall the entire night, heheh) so I'll give him props, but it was a close one (>X) and almost better, I had lotsa folks tellin me after the contest that I should've won, I likes that sorta support).  I could go on and on about that night, but I'll move on.  I'll get my hands on the pics some people took soon.

Plenty of other small seasonal things really made me grin.  What can I say, seein the zombies take over things gives me a victorious glee that's hard to match.  Like the Sears website for one! www.sears.com/shc/s/dap_10153_…

Random other lil shout out, Zarla's desktop zombie "Shimeji's" are awesome fav.me/d308fll .  I really dig her L4D inspired characters in general, but the lil Hunter Shimeji's adorable :E  ...like a...lil zombeh-kitten.

Unrelated, but I gotta mention this.  Know how there's been a lotta western animation that's taken on heavy anime influence?  Well, Japan's counterattacked.  They have...a show...that's heavily western-influenced, called "Panty and Stocking."  Many cases, the styles and characters are obscenely "familiar" looking...but the styles and shows are often...that bizarre sort of awesome (Though I have to note, the show is also obscenely...obscene, expect a lotta cartoony-ick and sechz).

If you liked FLCL, you'll prolly dig it.  There's no real continuous story, it's one of those "monster a day" sorta shows, where two unlikely Angels (Named Panty and Stocking) are left on earth to slay ghosts (With...weapons that are transformed from their...panties and stockings) to gain "heaven coins" to regain entry.  But they'd rather jus screw around on earth.  This ain't really the best episode to start on...but if ya only see one episode of it, this is the one, epicnesss: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Et8N9…

Alright, asking you'z folks...if you can find a crossover that's actually been made that can top the epic mindfucks I have witnessed.  What's the most awesome, and most WTF crossovers you've seen?  I'll spill mine if ya can compete with the levels of zomgness I have seen and can not unsee.
