Ghoul Lord, Dorge Geaver

Ages ago, the Battalion of Valigo's leader, Dorge Geaver was met with a war he could not win. Mortally wounded, they fled to the dark woods. There, Dorge was confronted by an unholy force that offered him the power to attain victory. Having accepted, the battalion was granted unnatural strength and power, ambushing their enemies in the woods and reanimating them into their own ranks. The Battalion won, but like all stories of deals with evil, there was a dire price. Dorge and his soldiers continued on from the woods to defeat the rest of their enemies, but gradually, they had forgotten their purpose, their goal, their humanity. But retained their strategtic cunning and ferocity.

Dorge's battalion still stalks the night, ravaging and destroying any sign of life they come upon. The strong are recruited as one of them. The wise, have their heads taken. Granted unnatural life, they can still see, speak, and hear, as they are tied to Dorge's belt, and grant him their knowledge and magical powers. All others, become food for the ghouls, regenerating their wounds and sustaining their undead existance.

I'm no pro for backgrounds, but the detail work on the character I've a great deal of pride in, unfortunately my best parts are very small in the picture, and I doubt anyone will notice ;_;. Anywho, this character was inspired by my halloween outfit X) perhaps I'll make it more like him))
